For today's lunch I did not prep anything last night and it took less than 30 minutes to prepare this morning. I made a crab using a hot dog bun. I knew we had some hot dog buns that needed to be used up. So I sat and thought about the different things I could do with one and a crab came to mind. Especially since all I had to do was cut off the ends and attach them to the top of the middle part. I made crab salad to eat with it. But I used imitation crab so no crabs were harmed in the making of this lunch. For the crab salad I shredded some crab sticks, added some green onion, garlic powder and light Miracle Whip. A quick and simple lunch. Yum!
While looking at some pictures of crabs for inspiration I found the following picture and thought it was so cute I had to share. I know it is from flickr but I do not know who posted it there since I was able to grab it from a search engine. Enjoy!
